- Author or co-author of scientific publications on law and criminal procedure (including on causes of wrongful convictions in Poland).
He specializes in cases involving economic offenses, disciplinary proceedings and protection of personal interests. He has successfully represented clients in proceedings regarding managerial offenses. He advises corporate clients on compliance issues and legal aspects of their day-to-day business.
He believes that an attorney can help his or her client and be successful only by getting to know very well not just the specific case but also the client’s business and personal situation.
