  • proceedings regarding confirmation of truthfulness of vetting declarations by persons discharging public functions
  • protection of personal rights of persons accused of cooperation with security service of the Polish People’s Republic
  • assistance in accessing information found in documents of the state’s security service (stored in the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN))
